Luxury Neighbourhood 
Parque Conde de Orgaz is one of the most luxurious neighbourhoods of Madrid, if not the top one. It is the main residence for embassadors, politicians, artists and sports celebrities who love the luxurious mansions and green areas. The main entrance to the Parque is the wide avenue of Arturo Soria.

Next to the Esperanza Metro (subway / underground):

There are two Metro (underground / subway) stops a few minutes away from the hotel (Arturo Soria and La Esperanza), as well as bus lines 115, 120, 70 and 122). Taxis are available easily in the area also.

The prestigious neighbourhood of Arturo Soria, with wide avenues and elegant buildings is one of the most sought after areas of Madrid; perfect for a profesional visit given its proximity to the IFEMA Trade Fair, or a touristic one being a close to most points of interest such as the Real Madrid Santiago Bernabeu Football Stadium. The area is one of the safest in Madrid which is an additional bonus to any visitor.
